RETURN POLICY
All plant returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition.
Equipment returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition.
Returns are not accepted for any bulk materials such as soils, mulches, rocks, and sod.
All returns are made at the discretion of Westurf Nursery.
DUE TO DROUGHT AND WATER RESTRICTIONS WE CAN NO LONGER OFFER WARRANTIES ON PLANTS
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes you. If you begin to have any problems with your plants, please contact us about it as soon as you notice the problem, so that one of our nursery professionals can work with you on finding a solution to save your plant.
LOADING AND DELIVERY
Please be advised: loading of customer vehicles is at your own risk. Westurf or their employees cannot be responsible for damage to vehicles.
Delivery service is available at additional charge.
